The Confederate Veteran Magazine

The Confederate Veteran Magazine was originally published from 1893- 1934. It contained numerous first hand accounts of the battles and articles of general historical and genealogical interest.

We have excerpted some of the best of these articles in the 'Best of Confederate Veteran Magazine' CD. The CD contains more than 400 articles and 200 poems gleaned from the various issues and also includes a regimental index to units mentioned in the magazine.

We also have the complete text of the first 20 years (1893 - 1912) available on CD. Each CD contains 5 years of the magazine - 60 volumes, and are presented in PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) format.
