Kinard, Barnie - There is a Confederate War pension application dated 9/24/1919 for Mrs Barnie Kinard from Butts County. It says she was married 3/3/1853 and her husband died 11/28/1893 in Butts County.
A fellow named J T Goodman witnessed both the marriage and Barnie's service.

John T. was a member of the 32nd Co. D which was formed of men from Jasper and Jones County. There is an M. J. Kinard in the same company.
