O., March 25, 1863; June 30, 1863, camp near Richmond, received at A. & I. G. O., Richmond, July 11, 1862; August 31, 1863, camp near Petersburg, Va., received at A. & I. G. O., Richmond, September 31, 1864, camp near Richmond, received at A. & I. G. O., December 24, 1864; December 31, 1864, Richmond Va., received at A. & I. G. O., Richmond, February 17, 1865; February 28, 1865, camp near Richmond, received at A. & I. G. O. March 17, 1863.
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of December 31, 1862:
the Company left Camp near Culpeper, Va. nov 21st, and moved to the camp near Fredericksburg, Va. Distance of a bout fifty Miles Changed Camp three times in the Vicinity of Fredericksburg was not actively Engaged in the Battle of Fredericksburg.
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of February 28, 1862:
this company left the Camp at near Fredericksburg Va on the (date obliterated by repair tape) day of february 1863 and continued (tape) till 19 inst campt near manchester (tape) Remained for 3 days. Resumed the march on 22d. inst and came to this place in (tape) a Distance of (tape) miles.
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of June 30, 1862:
The company left Suffolk, Va. on the night of the 3d May got to camp near Franklin station on the 4th about 22 miles on the night of the 5th we left camp and marched in the direction of Blackwater Bridge distance about 15 miles returned the 7th on teh morning o fthe 15th about 3 A M was arroused and marched past Franklin and formed a line of battle close to Carrsville. Lay in line of pattle all day. fell back that night about 2 miles went back the next morning (16) and formed another line of battle and lay all day again fell back that night to the breast works close to Franklin station on 17th 18th & 19th threw up breast works 20th on Picket, 21st returned to old camp and remained until 10 oclock. started and marched to within 1 mile of Blackwater Bridge on the evening of the 23rd marched and crossed Blackwater and marched about 5 miles and returned across the river. remained there until the 26th 27th marched up to Franklin and lay all day at the breast works 28th started from Blackwater Bridge stopped at Joiners church and remained there until evening when we returned to camps. on the 2nd of June moved campe about 10 up the river and remained until the 4th when we started for Murfreesboro N C lay one night at Joiners Church and 2 at Monroe's ferry got to Murfreesboro the 7th, left there on the 10 got to Boyken station the 11th. Left there 12th got to murfress station 13th Left there the 14th for Petersburg. left there the 18th for Murfress staton got there the same evening lay there until the 21st when we started for Petersburg marched to Ivor station distance 25 miles got to Petersburg the 22nd camped about 3 miles from Petersburg Left there the 28 for Richmond go to this Place the same evening.
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of August 31, 1863:
the Company left camp near Richmond on the 2d July and went to Bottoms Brodge ot meet the Enemy and returnd to camp on the 5th & changed camp on the 12, changed camp again 21st left camp 29th and went to Petersburg struck up camp and then went to Bellvill the Evening of the same went to meet the Enemy Remained there till 7 August came Back to Petersburg changed campe 10 inst three times
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of December 31, 1864:
The company left Petersburg Va on the 29 July crossed Jams River & stopt at Deep Bottom in line of the Entrenchments was in Battle at White tavern below Richmond Va on the 16 august lost one man wounded, then returned to Petersburg Va. on the 26 august, Distance in all the marches was about 50 miles
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of October 31, 1864:
this left camp near Petersburg Va Sept 10th came to Dunlaps farm remained 100 days came back to old camp left ther 28 Inst came to Richmond was in a Battle on the 30 sept too men wounded came to the darby town Road on 6th oct in Battle on 7th two men killed three wounded moved to left on charles citty Road was in a Battle on the 13 Inst - no one hurt moved to the left was in a Battle on 28 oct no one hurt in all marching for the last too months was in or a bout forty miles.
The following "Record of Events" is given on the muster roll of December 31, 1864:
The company left camp near the Williamsburg road went down the charles citty road crossed to darby town road attacked the enemy skirmished for two hours lost one man wounded went to new market hights, staid till 10 P. M. returned to camp distance of march ten miles the company left camp again on the 23. Inst went to Richmond took the train went to Gordonsville to meet the Enemy returned again on the 25th - was not actively Engaged with the Enemy distance of travil about 75 miles
